Terms and Conditions

Please refer to this page for more info in regards for commission!

1) For sketch and chibi commissions, customers must pay upfront.
2) On rendered pieces, customers must pay half of the price before the sketching process start.
3) Customer gets three free-of-charge revisions, additional revisions are charged.
NOTE: All required payments should be sent in 72 hours before the sketch commission is processed, failure to meet the required payment will result to artwork being cancelled + slot being dropped.
4) Artist will be updating customer after and during 50% of the progress for each phase has reached.
5) Commissioned piece must be finished at the alloted time and failure to follow the timeline in the contract agreed by both customer and artist is elligible for a refund on the customer.
6) Once the sketching process and later phases are done, customer can only receive partial refunds.
7) The artist has the right to post the artwork via streaming platforms or social media sites/applications unless otherwise stated in contract that it is not allowed with consent by both parties.
8) All commissioned pieces are non-commercial and of personal use only unless otherwise stated that it is allowed with consent from both parties.
9) All commisioned pieces are not allowed to be use for AI, machine learning, and NFTs.
9) All art commissions will be digital and sent via email unless agreed upon by both parties that the attachments will be sent in another platform.
10) The artist has a right to refuse art commissions and/or block a customer based on artist's own commissioned art limitations and/or customer's conduct towards the artist.
11) Client must provide a proper description with/without the guidance of the commission template/Picrew option (not available yet).

IMPORTANT!!

Artist won't draw the following:
- NSFW of underage characters !!Artist will draw the following:
- Furry
- Mecha
- Armor
- SFW
